1. CONTENT MARKETING INTERN

 

Introduction
The purposes of this position are creating thought leadership of Dragon Social and improving user engagement. You will be passionate about discovering great stories and producing engaging contents. You’ll help us plan, research, and create contents for the blog and our social media profiles.
 
Your performance and learning will be measured by the users’ engagement with the content, such as views, comments, shares, etc.
 
Actual things you will do

The work you do will vary and may be heavier in some areas than others. The following are the types of online marketing work you’ll actually perform:

  • Curate, research design and write blog articles and press releases
  • Social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest)
  • SEO optimization for content (will be taught)
  • Perform research & outreach
  • Develop email newsletter copy
  • Write website copy

2. DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN

 
Introduction
The purpose of this position is generating traffic and leads for Dragon Social. You will be exploring different tools and marketing tactics to grow our company’s audience and creating promotional materials to appeal to tourism companies.
Your performance and learning will be measured by the audience/leads growth, such as the number of requests for package details or guides/lead magnets.
 
Actual things you will do
The variety of experience/work totally depends on your proactiveness and thirst to learn. You will always be encouraged to come up with new ideas for growth. The following are some examples of online marketing work you’ll actually perform:
  • Create useful guides/contents and landing pages to capture new leads
  • Expand our B2B contact database using some tools (will be taught)
  • Perform research & outreach to Tourism companies 
  • Monitor social trend and build online presence by engaging people and providing useful information
  • Research and monitor competitors’ strategies, and provide suggestions to the team
  • Bring traditional and creative ideas on how to grow our KPIs, and A/B test those ideas.
